Experience the Sporting Clays event from behind the camera.
On October 8, 2026, Wesleyan will host it’s 6th Annual Sporting Clay fundraising event at one of the finest clay shooting courses in the state, Rose Hill Farm Sporting Clays and Hunting Preserve in Nashville, NC. 聽All proceeds from this event will support various efforts to help Wesleyan students in their journey for lifelong learning and achievement as they prepare to make a difference in the communities where they鈥檒l live and serve.
Sponsorship of the Bishops Sporting Clays Classic also gives you the chance to enjoy a day of fun in the great outdoors while entertaining special clients, vendors or potential clients and strengthening those relationships in a unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
TEAM ENTRY FEE – $1,000
(Four-Person Teams, Ammo + Ear & Eye Protection Included)
*NEW for 2025- All First Responders Teams, composed of first responders who are participating, will have a separate scoring bracket.
Schedule of Events
Thursday, October 8, 2026 Schedule:
- 12 Noon – Arrival and registration begins
- 12 Noon 鈥 12:45聽PM – Eat lunch, warm up, preparations
- 12:45 PM – Safety instructions, rules and directions announced
- 1:00 PM sharp – Tournament 鈥渟hotgun鈥 start
- 3:30 PM – Socializing, Awards presentations and Raffle prizes
- 4 鈥 4:30 PM – Estimated event conclusion

Explanation of Terms:
Teams*鈥 Number of four-person teams that are included with sponsorship level
Carts 鈥撀 A four-person motorized vehicle (a cart) for transportation around the course during the event
Ammo 鈥 All necessary ammo is included and provided to each participant on the team(s)
Lunch 鈥 Provided following registration check-in starting at noon
Logo on Website聽鈥 Company logo on Wesleyan鈥檚 event page promoting your business鈥 brand
Promotional Name Recognition聽鈥 Verbal and/or visual recognition during event to all participants
Large, Dedicated Promotional Banner聽鈥 A dedicated company banner during event promoting brand and sponsorship level
