In my 35-year career as a public school teacher, I had both the honor and the privilege of working with Dr. Spragley for a number of years as a teammate and colleague at Daniels Middle School in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Spragley exhibited his skills as a talented, dedicated, and beloved teacher and advisor, and his vast knowledge and comprehension of his subject matter he shared and taught with both skill and dedication to his students. Dr. Spragley was beloved and respected by his students and colleagues alike, and it was my privilege and good fortune to serve as a teammate with Dr. Spragley. I am proud to have worked with a man so dedicated to the profession of teaching students and the caring of their welfare.
